The Vulnerable People Project, a project of the Human Rights Education Organization (H.E.R.O.) Inc. is organizing chartered flights with five aircraft to evacuate at-risk Afghans from Hamad Karzai International Airport in Kabul when the U.S. government opens the airspace to civilian air traffic. The organization’s efforts named the Kabul Relief Mission, consists of five aircraft (including one on the tarmac in Kabul), a team of more than 20 volunteers ranging from former special operations personnel to private commercial experts, and a master manifest list of more than 500 evacuees, which is growing “by the hour.” Stand with us as we stand with our friends in Afghanistan.
